The form is run by Google Forms. What you type there goes to Google and is read by the maker of the app; your email address is only included if you type it. Nothing is sent by the app itself. See the privacy policy.
What helps most
- Which phone or tablet, and which version of Android.
- What the app said, and what you expected it to say.
- For a reading that looks wrong: the score, the four figures under it, and the band it was measured on. Exporting the CSV and pasting a row is ideal.
- Whether the router is one you can see from where you were standing.
